Flat Site, Average Finishes: $450 - $550/sf

Flat Site, Above Average and Luxury Finishes: $700 and above /sf

Sloped Site, Average Finishes: $750 - $800/sf

Sloped Site, Above Average and Luxury Finishes: $900 and above /sf
